And now, dear Heavenly Father and True Parents, I want to
report to You the first findings on how to substantially
accomplish interstellar transport by hyper-space
teleportation at vastly transluminal speeds. I submit this to
You and to mankind in its future, perfected sense, because I
and we are all unworthy to make use of this theory and
method now; and therefore, Father and Heaven and the
Universe, forbid its use until those whom You ordain and
anoint to so do may carry out Your Will to extend the
human race throughout the galaxies by so doing; and please,
Father, allow and enable and guide those whom You
consider worthy, to perform interstellar transluminal
transport.

How does it work? On what principle is it based? Primarily,
transluminal teleportation depends upon annular ring
propagation in multiple parallel universes. In Subject
position is the Will of God united with the Will of Man. In
object position is the physical world and our physical
bodies.

What happens? Every particle, every individual truth body,
and in particular, a perfected human being, is associated
with an annular ring, of which he or she or it is, not the
center, but an epicenter , or point along its circumference.
The case of particles and individual truth bodies in general
are minor or trivial cases, which generally have infinitesimal
bearing or manifestation in real-world phenomena.
However, the case of the perfected person is a major or non-
trivial case, because the perfect human is the absolute
subject of both physical and spiritual worlds, and because
the annular ring associated with him or her can be as large
as the physical universe itself.

The annular ring, of which the perfect person is one
appearance, is transcendental itself: that is, it is a circle in a
plane of higher order which is at right angles to the
dimensions of the physical world. This plane cannot be
simply defined as the Sung Sang axis nor as the spiritual
world.

Furthermore, in the general or abstract case, the annular ring
has no definite size or diameter, nor angle with respect to the
origin. Therefore, in the normal case, it is a "fuzzy" cloud of
all possible configurations and sizes, existing
simultaneously as in quantum mechanics.

Because it is a ring, the annular ring intersects with the
physical world in two points. The first point is the home or
locus, and the other point is the destination or translocus.
The perfect human being is "existing" at all possible points
on this annular ring, but, in physical reality, at exactly two
of those points. However, in the general case, a person may
be said to exist at only one point, because of the mulitiplicity
or indeterminacy of the annular ring.

This is the characteristic of multiple parallel universes,
which is essential to many phenomena: quantum mechanics,
determination (governing the outcome) of probabilistic
events, historical retrospective, gravity field summation, and
hyperspace teleportation. Namely, the wave function
"collapses" instantaneously, leaving only one set of
circumstances as "real." The other ones instantaneously
disappear. The truth of this phenomenon (on the level of
particles) has been verified or upheld time and again in
experiments.

Peculiar to the phenomenon of quantum wave function
collapse is the influence or subjectivity of human perception
or consciousness. A human is not at all merely an animal or
a physical object, but has a subjective and determinant role
upon physical matter and phenomena at all levels.

Therefore, according to the subjectivity of will (as well as
faith and love), and in accordance with God's Will, the
perfect person can focus and concentrate the annular ring of
his existence into one unique desired configuration or
destination. In that case, he or she simultaneously appears or
exists at both loci (both intersections with the physical
universe). This is the first indications for interstellar
transluminal teleportation.
